How do I set up a repeat order?

  • Login to your account.
  • Choose your product(s) and click on the subscribe button to add to the subscription list.
  • Once all products are chosen, click on subscription tab on top right of screen.
  • Choose your date for collection and your repeat period.
  • Check out and pay.
  • You will receive emails to confirm future payments and collections. All payments will be taken 3 days prior to dispatch.

Terms and conditions

If you sign up for a repeat order subscription, we will do our best to ensure that you receive your order on the date selected. On occasion this may not be possible due to bank holidays and stock availability. If you have any queries regarding your repeat order, please contact us by email or telephone. You can edit or cancel your repeat order from your customer account at any time up to a minimum of 2 days before the repeat payment is due.

Payments for repeat orders will be taken 3 days prior to collection date. If for any reason the payment fails, we will contact you for alternative payment details prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to ban regular defaulters from the repeat order subscription service. Prices charged for products will be the same as those charged on our website and in-store at that date. Any changes in your subscription price will be notified to you prior to payment.
